Who are we?

Prima Net Consult was established in 2002 as an independent provider of IT services by experienced and motivated professionals. The whole team shares the values, enthusiasm and passion for delivering value to the customers. We are open to new business models, for example, started without a physical office. We did this to be with the customer and started implementing technology from the beginning with us, and then with our customers, which businesses around the world appreciated during the Covid-19 pandemic. We are so confident in our own knowledge, skills and experience that since its inception we offer proactive support with an unlimited number of calls and tickets for a fixed monthly fee. Each of our employees has gone through all levels of the Service Desk and the average length of professional experience for our experts is over 15 years. Our solutions are strategic and we prevent accidents and forced and unplanned stays.
